Actually you already can, you guys can upload videos and pics on your user profiles. I haven’t made a mention of it so I do a better job of trying to encourage everyone to use the feature that’s there for them to use.
Just a thought, but maybe some member highlights/ interviews so we as a community can get to know the other members a little better, their experiences, what brought them to this path, or any other interesting information they wish to share? I know a lot of people may not feel comfortable sharing with others. I think it may be beneficial to let members know that other members share certain aspects, experiences, careers and commonalities of their lives and assist in members reaching out to one another for help or just interaction on things we have in common.
