In response to an historical public oversight hearings and generalized political rhetoric regarding pandemic-era federal relief programs mentioned by Iowa Senator Joni Ernst, Satanic Lives Matter LLC is issuing this official statement to correct the public record and verify its legitimate operational history and current status.

 

1. Legitimate Business Registration and Intellectual Property:

Satanic Lives Matter is a lawful, and active entity. It’s origins trace back to a YouTube channel of the same name in 2018 and was formally organized and registered as a domestic Limited Liability Company (LLC) within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania , PA in September 2019 as a religious organization per the United States federal tax code registration. Satanic Lives Matter LLC was also issued a federal tax ID / EIN per federal requirements , per state requirements was also issued an Article of Organization & Charitable Donation and Operating Agreement document. 

 

Satanic Lives Matter LLC  is an open and active public record that can be verified by visiting https://file.dos.pa.gov/search/business . Simply enter ‘Satanic Lives Matter LLC’ and verifiable documents will populate. 

 

Following its state formation, the brand sought and secured federal intellectual property protection. The standard trademark "SATANIC LIVES MATTER" was officially granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in November 2020 (Registration No. 6206971) on the Principal Register, legally covering its digital media, community outreach, and counseling frameworks.

Simply enter the word mark ‘Satanic Lives Matter’ and an active registered trademark in green will populate as “Live / Registered”.  Not to be confused with a second trademark registration submission for the old company logo that is listed in red as “Dead / Abandoned” in 2021.

2. Lawful and Fraud-Free PPP Loan Compliance:

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the business owner of Satanic Lives Matter lawfully utilized the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) to sustain the brand’s online operations during widespread commercial disruption due to the nation wide lockdown.

• The Application: The business owner for Satanic Lives Matter legally applied for an emergency relief loan in the amount of $1,490 through the company BlueAcorn in 2021 as Satanic Lives Matter was legally registered as of September 2019 before the nationwide lockdown in the United States. An authorized financial lender processing Small Business Administration (SBA) applications at the time by the name of BlueAcorn.

• Zero Fraudulent Activity: Authentic corporate records and audits confirm that Satanic Lives Matter LLCs owner committed absolutely no acts of fraud. The funds were applied for legally, distributed lawfully, and used appropriately to support a genuine online business entity.

The inclusion of the brand Satanic Lives Matter in a historical congressional oversight speech—such as mentioned by Iowa Senator Joni Ernst—was the result of a failure to do a simple Google search for the business Satanic Lives Matter LLC and for its online presence and it’s legal business registration as her personal opinion overrided her judgement of Satanic Lives Matter being a “phony business” leading to a highly generalized government audit completely wasting tax payer resources. However due to Iowa Senator Joni Ernst statements regarding the validity of Satanic Lives Matter, people from all around the world viewed her congressional conference and started Google searching “Satanic Lives Matter” and it drew an unprecedented amount of web traffic to the platform sataniclivesmatter.com globally totaling over 100,000 searches per sataniclivesmatter.com / sataniclivesmatter.tv internal web traffic analytics data. Satanic Lives Matter is a 100% online entity and mimics features similar to established social media platforms such as FaceBook, Instagram and X etc. Satanic Lives Matter does not currently have a physical location as none is required for any business per their perspective business model. Furthermore congressional staff routinely flagged many independent companies , LLCs , sole proprietorships, and online counter-culture brands possessing provocative titles as rhetorical examples of "unusual" spending. In doing so, political statements completely bypassed and ignored existing state LLC registries, verified USPTO database records, and active commercial operations.
