You have 5 business days after your purchase to request a full refund. After 5 business days have passed no refunds will be given. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Damages:

Damaged items If your order is damaged during the shipping process, please provide photos of the damaged merchandise , the item description, your invoice number and the purchase amount (excluding shipping cost) and a full refund will be issued to you within 5 business days after photos, the invoice with item description has been received.
